Scavenger Hunt Searching the Internet


Instructions for Assignment
Please read everything before you begin.

These are steps for copying text and URL’s from the Internet to a Word document.
· Open up your Internet browser
· Highlight (select the text or URL you want to copy)
· Edit*Copy (click on “Edit” then click on “Copy”)
· Open up a Word document
· Edit*Paste (click on “Edit” then click “Paste”)
· Format the text in Word to look appropriate!


Directions:
1. Open Word and put your name(s), date, and period in the top left corner.
2. Answer in complete sentences, have correct spacing, and only include information relevant to the question.
3. Include the Internet Address after your answer in parenthesis. For example:
“6. Mr. Miller is the richest person in the world. (mrmillerisaliar.com)”
4. Answer the questions in any order but number them as listed below.

1. Name and describe something new in the computer industry.
2. What is the recipe for pizza without pepperoni, sausage, olives, and bell peppers?
3. Who is the oldest person a live in the world? Where does she/he live? How old is she/he?
4. What were the sales for Nike in 1997?
5. When, where, and by who was Abraham Lincoln assassinated?
6. Who is the richest person (monetarily) in the world?
